Good value but issues when driving and accelerating

I got a good deal on this E 350 AMG package but I have a problem when accelerating, basically what happens is when I press the gas pedal it takes a few seconds for the engine to respond, it is very dim witted and annoying to drive in the city, but besides that its a nice luxuries mid size sedan, its not even bad on gas
