Reliable but not without issues

I wanted to really like this truck & I do but there have been couple of issues that I didn't want to encounter. One, the ride is very rough & uncomfortable. Over potholes it jolts and sometimes if you don't have a seat belt on I'm afraid I'll bang my head. Second, I'm getting drive line vibrations.
