I finally said goodbye to Ford

I have been a devoted Ford consumer for 10+yrs but I finally called it quits with them. I remember when you took your car to the dealer they gave you a rental and had almost all parts on hand. Not anymore folks. Took my Ford C-max to the dealer because it needed a new control module and they had to order it for me. It's been 3months & they still don't have it & when I called they said that they don't know when they will get it. Not only that but they didn't give me any rental to drive so I've been without a car for 3 months now!! The hell with Ford I say!
