Strange electrical problems

Has anyone had the moon roof just stop working? it happens on and off but now it does not even close. The other problem I had is the car not recognizing the car key a few years ago but after a trip to the mechanic the problem was addressed. Besides that it has served me well, lone the extra space and the third row also the seats are comfy and perfect for long rides.
