Worst car ever
Aug 02, 2023
That's my 3rd Jeep and I am extremely disappointed. I have owned Jeep Grand Cherokee before and now this Cherokee Trailhawk. So far it's been more and more issue with each Jeep. My recent 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, since acquiring this, it has required a new transmission (under 25,000) with other work that was done six months outside of the 3-year warranty. The cost was roughly $3000 and thankfully "Mopar" refunded the majority of costs. On this note I thought that's should be it, but my rollercoaster just started. I needed to replace my brake pads really soon, rotors in the last few months or so, the passenger rear handle came off, which is I didn't take care of due to spending so much money on this car. Can't even use this door lol The most ridiculous one is my tailgate wont close and to reset it I have to unplug and plug in my battery. Later connector went out which is caused battery replacement...and forgot to mention just a day ago I've found out about the ball joints need to be replaced. My family, friends and coworkers are laughing at me bc I've invested so much money in a new car, so basically I could by a new one. That's been a rough ride and I don't want to recommend this vehicle to anyone.
