Dissapointment
Aug 02, 2023
So everything was fine until I hit my first 20K miles. My transmission started weird noise.. like banging or something. Took it to the Jeep dealership and they said it's just the way its designed and didn't want to sh*t about that. So I kept annoying them for a year and a half which is paid me back. One of the managers decided to take a ride with me and guess what? He said I have a major problem... like duuh I've been telling you guys about that for a while. So they replaced the valve body, which is a car ran smoothly for a few weeks then the shifting quirks started again. Again the dealership said "performing as designed, they can't/won't fix it. Additionallly I've got vehicle failures like : steering rack, engine and transmission mounts, fuel pump, radiator fan, front window seals came apart on both driver and passenger side, and then the usual ankle biters. The bottom line is that I cannot trust this car out of warranty, and even if I could, it rides in the most awful way.
