Still broken

When I was buying this pick up new I was really impressed by the interior and the overall looks of the truck, however now that I have owned it for a few years I do have a bit of buyers remorse. I had to settle for the smaller 5.3 V8 with the six speed auto and I am not impressed!. The truck is seriously lacking on power and the worst part is I am avaraging less then 14 miles per gallon. But if it was those performance and economy related issues I would still be happy with my purchase however at around 7,000 miles the check engine came on so I took it back to the dealer and they fixed it for a week and after again the check engine like came on, so again I made an appointment to take it to the dealer. It also happened a third time but it went away as I was driving the car to the dealer for the same problem. Very aggravating!
