Luxurious but not without faults
Mar 10, 2024
I know this is a newer car on the market compared to others that have been for decades. So, I took the chance in purchasing one because I just loved the look of it, the luxury of it all & it came with way more options than it's counterparts Audi Q8 and BMW. That being said the dealerships still need A LOT of work as far as dealing with it's customers. They fight you almost every step of the way when you take your car in for fixes such as when my infotainment system kept crashing and starting on it's own at random. Another issue that I keep having is the cameras and sensors keep turning on & off own it's own. As much as this is a nice car Genesis still need a lot of fine tuning to do.
